Today families are gathering together to prepare & eat a feast and celebrate gratitude. There are so many blessings to be thankful for in our lives: family, friends, food, health, income, etc. The list of things to be thankful for is endless. Although we know there are so many reasons to give thanks, let’s not forget those who may be suffering, alone or struggling with challenges. If there is anyone that can benefit from your blessings, please share with someone a smile, a meal, and words of encouragement. It doesn't matter the blessings that you share, it’s the connection & the giving of hope and good will. I am so thankful for my life, my family & being connected to a higher source that gives me strength, guidance & unconditional love. My prayer for you on this Thanksgiving Day is that you continue to receive an abundance of blessings and you spend time daily reflecting on your blessings & expressing the feelings of gratitude.
